Business Challenge 

As Entertainment Industry scaled its AI-powered sessions, the platform faced two critical challenges: 

  1. Lack of Automated Session Auditing 
    Sessions were not being recorded end-to-end, limiting the ability to perform audits, reviews, quality checks, and training analysis. 
  1. Fragmented Customer Support Intake 
    Users lacked a simple, real-time way to report issues during or after sessions, resulting in slower response times and manual ticket creation. 

Entertainment Industry needed a secure, low-latency recording system and a real-time support channel that integrated directly into its existing platform—without disrupting live user experiences. 

Solution Overview 

Aumnitech partnered with Entertainment Industry to design and implement two high-impact platform enhancements

1. Automatic Session Recording & Secure Storage 

A fully automated recording framework that captures every session without user intervention, including: 

  • Video and audio recordings 
  • Text-based AI transcription 
  • Session metadata (user, date, duration, scenario) 

The solution includes: 

  • Encrypted storage with structured organization by client, date, and session 
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) 
  • Configurable retention policies per client 
  • Admin-level retrieval, playback, and download capabilities 
  • Zero performance degradation during live sessions 

2. WhatsApp-Based Support & JIRA Ticket Automation 

A built-in “Support / Report an Issue” button embedded directly in the Entertainment Industry platform: 

  • Opens an official WhatsApp support channel (WhatsApp / WhatsApp Business API) 
  • Conversational bot captures structured incident data 
  • Automatically creates tickets in JIRA 
  • Ensures real-time visibility for both Entertainment Industry and the service provider 

This removed manual triage and dramatically shortened issue-to-resolution cycles.
