2. WhatsApp-Based Support & JIRA Ticket Automation
A built-in “Support / Report an Issue” button embedded directly in the Entertainment Industry platform:
- Opens an official WhatsApp support channel (WhatsApp / WhatsApp Business API)
- Conversational bot captures structured incident data
- Automatically creates tickets in JIRA
- Ensures real-time visibility for both Entertainment Industry and the service provider
